An entrepreneur with over 25 years of professional experience, including 18 years in residential real estate, José Luis has successfully co-led the placement of more than 3,000 residential properties in Costa Rica. As an accomplished leader in the Costa Rican real estate industry, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing high-performing teams.
As a certified broker, José Luis is affiliated with the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as an International Realtor. He holds prestigious designations, including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), as well as certifications in Luxury Real Estate and Real Estate Negotiation Expertise (RENE), endorsed by the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and NAR, respectively.
Beyond his professional achievements, José Luis is an avid trekking enthusiast with a deep passion for music, history, economics, politics, technology, mindfulness, and reading. He is also a sports enthusiast, enjoying activities such as ping pong, swimming, baseball, tennis, basketball, and soccer.
In addition to his extensive real estate credentials, José Luis is a Public Accountant with an MBA from INCAE Business School, specializing in Technology.
